–Team members need authorship over systems. Include them in the process
-Explain the why. Why are we doing things this way?
-How does this system working well affect them and make their life easier? Does it reduce stress and future work them?
-Focus more on the results, rather than the process.
Dr. Etchison explains…
-What is the goal of the system? Be clear! The why is so important!
-Why would a sane person not follow the system? Ask yourself. Ask the team member. Ask for input from them. We need to have a real conversation.
-Make sure you are clear on what the system and the conditions of the system are. Get it in writing.
