Nothing trains phone skills better than hearing actual phone calls.  In this team focused training program, your team will watch 45 minutes of instructional video's training them on proper phone skills and etiquette, and then listen to nearly 2 hours of actual phone calls with critiques and tips on how to make them better and follow the DPH system.  After going through this program, your team will understand: 1)  How to get the caller on the books so that they become a patient.  2) How to start creating value and enhancing the patient experience from the greeting all the way to the goodbye. 3)  How to avoid common pitfalls of answering the phones.  4)  How to answer the difficult questions that we often fumble, such as "How much is X?"  and "Do you take X  Insurance?" 5)  How to move the caller along so that the phone call is brief, allowing them to get back to doing their other front desk work, or to pick up another phone.
