Hi, I'm Dr. Paul Etchison

I want to help you create a practice that you never thought possible.

Two years after graduation, I opened my start-up practice. I was overwhelmed, overworked, and struggling to manage the business on top of patient care. Though my practice grew, my stress grew faster.  leading to near burnout. It wasn't fun. Each day, I dreaded walking into the office, anxious about what new fires awaited me. From the outside, I appeared to have it all, everything anyone would have ever wanted...but on inside, I was miserable.

Everything changed after a conversation with a fellow dentist during a CE weekend. He said I was working too hard.  He advised me to create better clarity and consistency in our systems and empower my team to take on more responsibility. It made sense.  I was doing way too much. That advice became my turning point. 

I implemented systems and documented them all. I promoted team members into leadership roles.  I began conducting regular meetings and follow ups with my team. I brought on associates, and reduced my clinical days. I only did the procedures I enjoyed. The result? My practice grew to over $6M in collections, all while I cut my clinical days to just one day per week and took more than 12 weeks off each year! And everything, from my enthusiasm for life to my relationships at home, became wildly fulfilling.
